I collect scottie motif stuff. My first item was a pair of wooden bookends made by my Dad in his junior high shop class back in the 30’s. President Roosevelt’s dog Fala was popular then so that might have been the inspiration for the design. He made the bookends for his favorite older sister who gave them to me back in the 70’s.

I’m not sure whether she gave them to me because I already liked the scottie motif or I like the motif because he made them and she gave them to me! When I find the bookends, I’ll photograph them. Meanwhile I have (many) other little guys to show off!
